Payment Terms for Services
Following the initial complimentary consultation or phone call, any further services provided by “Help Build Me / HBMe” will require full payment in advance. No work will commence for any potential client until payment is received in full. This payment is non-refundable once services have commenced, and the scope of work will be clearly outlined before payment is made to ensure transparency.
Changes to Documentation
Any alterations or changes requested to the issued documentation by “Help Build Me / HBMe” may result in additional fees, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding. Unauthorized modifications to any documentation by the client or third parties without written approval from “Help Build Me / HBMe” may result in increased project costs, for which “Help Build Me / HBMe” holds no responsibility. Any cost increases in construction or project delays resulting from such unauthorized changes will not be the liability of “Help Build Me / HBMe.”
Illustrative Nature of Documentation
All documentation, plans, and specifications issued by “Help Build Me / HBMe” are provided for illustrative and planning purposes only. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, “Help Build Me / HBMe” cannot be held liable for any unauthorised changes made by clients, contractors, or third parties to these documents. Any adjustments or variations made without written approval from “Help Build Me / HBMe” absolve us of any resulting financial or construction-related impacts.
Project Disputes
“Help Build Me / HBMe” serves in a consultative capacity and is not responsible for any disputes, disagreements, or contractual issues that may arise between the client and contractors, suppliers, or other third parties involved in the project. Our role is advisory, and we do not assume liability for third-party actions, delays, or miscommunications that may impact the project.
Accuracy of Dimensions and Measurements
“Help Build Me / HBMe” is not responsible for the accuracy of any dimensions, measurements, or other technical data provided to us by clients or third parties for the purposes of creating documentation packages. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all measurements and technical specifications provided are correct. Any errors or discrepancies resulting from inaccurate information provided to “Help Build Me / HBMe” are the responsibility of the client.
Document Verification and Error Reporting
Before any work commences, all parties involved, including clients and contractors, must thoroughly review all documentation and specifications issued by “Help Build Me / HBMe.” Should any errors, omissions, or discrepancies be identified, “Help Build Me / HBMe” must be notified in writing within 48 hours of the documents being issued. Failure to report errors within this timeframe may result in additional costs or delays for which “Help Build Me / HBMe” will not be held responsible.
